I wanted to become a teacher as long as I can remember. Although I loved school, I constantly struggled in the academic area. That’s why, when I finally started teaching, I continued working with pupils one-on-one as well. I learned, from the beginning, the numerous positive results that develop when individualized instruction is given. It's so rewarding to see students, who are struggling to understand, become confident and successful individuals. Tutoring is more than a job to me, it has become my life's work. Furthermore, it’s my life's ambition to help those struggling students transform into productive achievers. I also believe it’s important to have my individualized services remain affordable. I want to reach as many children as possible.
Following the S.U.E. principle (Study, Understand, Excel), I strive to achieve, for each one of my students, the following:
- Target all areas that are in need of improvement
- Improve academic performance
- Open up and maintain lines of communication with student's teachers and parents
- Promote goals for further growth and enrichment
- Individualize instruction
